Do we need an account to send our first case?
No. Upon receipt of your first case Westdent will open a file for your office and assign you an account number. Please provide all your information with your first case, ie Shipping address and Billing address, email addresses, phone numbers, fax/cell numbers.

Do we pay for shipping both ways?
No. We pay to ship the cases back to you. All cases are shipped to you via UPS 2nd Day Air with the exception of California, Arizona and Nevada shipped Ground (1-2 day delivery). You may choose to have cases overnighted back to you at a $16.50 additional fee.

Do you bill us or do you want payment in advance?
Laboratories are required to submit payment with cases. For your convenience, we honor Visa/MasterCard.

Do you provide the boxes?
Boxes are included in the Starter Kit...you may use any box though.

Do you subcontract any work outside the US?
No. All work is fabricated on our premises in Palmdale, CA.

How do we go about sending cases to you?
You may send to us by mail or via a courier of your choice, i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc. A Starter Kit is sent to you upon request and included in the kit are preprinted UPS labels for your convenience. If you choose to use our preprinted labels, your account will be charged a fee of $10.00. Additional fees may apply if your package is over 2 lbs. If you would like us to schedule a UPS pick-up at your location simply give us a call at toll free 1-877-947-7864 or email your request to info@westdentlabs.com.

If I don't see a product listed that I want, can I place a special order?
Yes, we can place special orders on specific products. Just complete the product request form and a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, we have a secure site using SSL encryption. You can feel assured that no one else will be able to view your credit card information or other personal information.

We would like literature/price list/etc.
Included in the Starter Kit. Please email your request to info@westdentlabs.com or call us at 877-947-7864 to have information faxed or shipped to your office today!

What if I need to contact someone?
Click on the "Contact Info" tab at the top of the site. You will then enter the contact information page that will provide you with the necessary telephone numbers or email addresses.
